Hills Natural Solar Pty Ltd – Rouse Hill NSW

This is a varied role combining customer service with the day to day coordination of our installation schedule. You will be the key point of contact for customers throughout the scheduling process and following their installation, while working closely with our installation teams to keep everything running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Scheduling customer installations, site inspections and site visits
• Coordinating our installation teams and daily schedules
• Communicating installation dates and updates with customers
• Managing schedule changes and keeping everyone informed
• Checking that jobs are ready to proceed before scheduling
• Supporting customers following their installation
• Coordinating service enquiries and follow ups with the relevant team members
• Keeping customers updated until their enquiry or issue is resolved
• Working closely with our sales, administration and installation teams

About you

• Extremely organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Confident speaking with customers over the phone and by email
• Friendly, professional and genuinely customer focused
• Proactive and able to follow things through without needing constant direction
• Calm when schedules change or things do not go exactly to plan
• Comfortable working with different teams and personalities
• Confident using computers, calendars and general office systems
