Customer Service (French-Speaking)

Key Information: Work Model: Remote Language: French, English Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 08:00 to 19:00 (rotative shifts, with 2 rotative days off). There is a possibility to extend the late shift until 21:00, though this has not occurred since the line opened. Gross Salary: 1000€ per 14 months Relocation: Relocation support provided

Responsibilities: - Identify business opportunities and suggest additional services to customers.

Requirements: - Proficiency in French and English. - Strong sales skills. - Digital skills. - Good interpersonal skills. - Ability to resolve conflicts effectively. - 1+ years of previous experience in a Contact Centre or Customer Service role (preferred). - Residency in Portugal is preferred for this remote position. - For candidates residing in Portugal, living within 50 km of the Porto office is required.

Additional Information: - Performance bonus of 100,00 €. - Food allowance of 7.63€ per working day. - Relocation support includes shared accommodation for up to 12 months for candidates relocating from outside of Portugal (details discussed during interview). - Flight tickets are not included in the relocation package.
