Customer Service- Dutch Market

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Specialist for the Dutch Market for a leading global supplier of Business Process Outsourcing for complex business processes and services. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, enhancing customer service, and optimizing the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer service or support is desirable.
• Telephone excellence and communication skills.
• Problem-solving and learning skills.

Languages: English C1 + Dutch C2

Location: Hybrid working model in Barcelona (5 days per month on site).

Schedule: 39 hours/week from 00:00 to 08:00 am (night shift)

Temporary employment contract 4 + indefinite term contract by company.
