Job Description
C.R. Laurence Australia is aleading supplier of products to the glass and glazing industry. We also offer a wide variety of architectural hardware, balustrade systems and frameless shower hardware.
We are seeking ahighly energetic and enthusiastic person to work in our office/showroom.
Duties include:
Greeting and assisting customers in the showroom and at the trade counter
Monitoring customer service emails, responding and/or forwarding to the appropriate department
Entering and invoicing customer orders
General office and adminduties
Our business is focused on providing superior customer service so the ability to process enquiries in a timely and efficient manner with attention to detail is essential.
We operate in a spacious property in Eastern Creek. Become part of a team of 9 staff in our Sydney operations.
Previous experience in the glass and aluminium industry would be desirable but not essential.
