The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for supporting customers and the sales team throughout the order process, from initial inquiry and quotation through order entry, scheduling, production and delivery. The position serves as a key link between customers, Outside Sales, Planning/Scheduling, Production, Shipping and Quality to ensure orders are processed accurately and customer requirements are met.
The successful candidate will provide responsive customer service, maintain accurate sales and customer records, coordinate order requirements and proactively resolve issues to support customer satisfaction and business growth.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent;Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is an asset.
- 2–5 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, order management or a manufacturing/industrial environment.
- Experience in steel, metal processing, manufacturing or distribution is preferred.
- Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer skills and experience with ERP, CRM or order-management systems.
- Ability to understand customer specifications and communicate requirements accurately.
- Strong problem-solving, follow-up and coordination skills.
- Professional, positive and collaborative approach.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs; Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word.

Working Conditions
- Primarily office-based within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Regular interaction with customers and Sales, Planning, Production, Shipping and Quality teams.
- May require movement through production and warehouse areas and compliance with required PPE.
- Requires ability to manage multiple priorities and time-sensitive customer requirements.

Provided is the local pay range for this position, which is $55 000-$65 000 annually, as well as a discretionary bonus.
