Customer Service Coordinator

Our client is seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join their Yatala team on a permanent full-time basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional with strong coordination and administration skills to join an established business within the manufacturing, construction or HVAC sector.

The Role

The successful candidate will coordinate customer orders and projects from purchase order through to completion, ensuring customers and internal teams are kept informed throughout the process.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing projects and orders from purchase order through to completion
• Coordinating production and delivery schedules
• Entering and maintaining accurate order information
• Monitoring project costs and reconciling against quotes and purchase orders
• Managing variations and additional purchase orders
• Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and in person
• Preparing smaller quotes in line with pricing structures
• Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Liaising with Production, Sales and Finance to ensure smooth project delivery
• Supporting reporting and process improvement initiatives

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3+ years' experience in customer service, project coordination or order management
• Experience within manufacturing, construction, HVAC or a similar industry
• Understanding of quoting and cost monitoring
• Experience using ERP or order management systems
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
• A professional, positive and customer-focused approach
• Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills
