You will take ownership of customer relationships, provide clear guidance to customers who may be unfamiliar with the process, create and issue MPANs where appropriate, and work closely with internal teams to identify unsafe, dangerous or illegal connections. You will also help ensure MPANs are correctly addressed and recorded as unique identifiers for metering points.
