Role Description

This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Customer Service Associate. Based in the Bogotá D.C. Metropolitan Area, some work‑from‑home flexibility is provided.

The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer support by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through various channels, including phone interactions. The role also involves delivering exceptional customer experiences to contribute to brand loyalty and trust.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction
• Strong expertise in Phone Etiquette and maintaining a professional communication style
• Ability to deliver an exceptional Customer Experience with problem‑solving and empathy
• Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability to a hybrid work environment
• Fluency in written and verbal communication, bilingual proficiency is a plus
• Experience in customer‑facing roles is preferred
• High school diploma or higher education (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred)
