Recruit4staff are representing a well-established Environmental Services business in their search for a Customer Service Advisor to work in Wrexham

Job Details:

• Pay: £27,000 per annum
• Hours of Work: 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
• Duration: Permanent
• Benefits: On-site car parking, training & progression opportunities, 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays, company pension scheme

Job Role: As a Customer Service Advisor, you will manage customer accounts and support the collection of outstanding payments. The Customer Service Advisor will liaise with customers to understand missed payments, agree repayment plans and work towards reducing arrears while delivering excellent customer service.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in an office or contact centre environment
• Experience dealing with customers over the telephone
• Strong attention to detail
• Well organised and able to prioritise workloads effectively
• Resilient and confident communicator
• Good IT skills
• Ability to succeed as a Customer Service Advisor within a customer-focused environment
