Customer Service Advisor - Castle Donington

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to work with a leading company in the logistics sector in Castle Donington. You will play a key role in creating positive customer experiences within a fast-paced, global environment, acting as a trusted point of contact for customers while providing support with confidence, care, and professionalism.

Shift patterns:
* 37.5 hours per week
* 7.5 hours per day, with shifts scheduled between 08:00 and 19:15

Pay rates:
* 15.34 GBP hourly

Essential requirements for Customer Service Advisor:
* Must have lived in the UK for the last 5 years
* Must have a clean DBS check
* Must have at least 6 months experience in a call centre environment
* Must have previous sales experience

Desirable requirements for Customer Service Advisor:
* Experience in upselling and sales
