The Role

As a Customer Service & Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, processing customer orders accurately, identifying opportunities to upsell, and supporting the wider sales team with day-to-day administration.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9-6

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Deal with customer queries in a professional and efficient manner.
• Take and process customer orders accurately over the phone.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and increase sales.
• Deliver excellent customer service through effective communication and follow-up.
• Ensure customers always receive a positive and professional experience.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records.
• Assist with general sales administration and office duties.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure customer orders and queries are handled efficiently.
• Ensure a high level of attention to detail across all aspects of the role.

Key Skills and Competencies

Previous experience in a similar customer service or sales role is required

Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.

Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.

Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

Outgoing, positive and customer-focused approach.

Ability to work effectively in a busy office environment.
