Customer Service Advisor

This is a Part time Permanent opportunity working Saturday and Sunday between 7:00am and 9.30pm Why you want to work for our team :

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Effectively manage a high volume of both inbound/outbound calls.
• Resolve, manage and escape problems logged by our customers.
• Accurately capture data and work to realistic KPI’s.
• Provide exceptional service at every opportunity by building relationships and rapport with your customer, both internal and external.

You will be required to:

• 12 months experience working on a helpdesk/call centre – Preferred.
• Exceptional customer service focus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Attend 2 weeks on site paid training
