We specialize in personalized, high-performance transportation solutions; including expedited LTL, FTL, dry van, flatbed, refrigerated, drayage, and freight forwarding.What You'll Do:As an Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing and growing a portfolio of valued customer accounts. You'll be the primary point of contact, ensuring exceptional service while identifying opportunities to expand business.* Manage day-to-day operations for assigned accounts, handling service requirements with strong ownership and independent decision-making.* Monitor shipments daily to guarantee on-time pickup, transit, and delivery performance.* Provide responsive after-hours and weekend support by monitoring customer communications and resolving high-level operational issues.* Qualify and select reliable carriers to uphold our high compliance and service standards.* Take full ownership of critical and high-priority shipments to ensure flawless execution.* Assess customer needs and deliver customized logistics solutions with accurate pricing and carrier matching.* Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, strengthen partnerships, and expand existing accounts.* Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, implementation, and continuous service improvement.* This role offers significant autonomy and the chance to directly impact both customer satisfaction and company growth.What We Offer:* $60 $70K a base salary+ Additional Compensation for successfully expanding existing accounts and bringing on new business.* Comprehensive benefits package: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Sick Time, and Vacation.If you're a proactive, solutions-oriented professional with a passion for logistics, customer service excellence, and business growth, we'd love to hear from you.
