Responsibilities

• Customer & Account Management
  • Respond to customer emails & phone calls
  • Prepare quotes
  • Process customer orders
  • Build relationships through exceptional customer service
  • Help customers determine the best products for their needs
  • Follow up on projects & ensure deadlines are met
• Apparel & Promotional Products
  • Research product options & availability
  • Compare suppliers & pricing
  • Place apparel & promotional product orders
  • Assist with creating online company apparel stores
  • Help decorate apparel using embroidery & heat press equipment (training provided)
• Office & Admin Support
  • Greet customers
  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Organize digital files, spreadsheets, & databases
  • Order office supplies
  • Assist with general admin tasks
