Customer Quality Engineer

This position can be based in cities such as Delhi and Surat or other cities (where Aiko’s key customer clusters are located). I. Support Sales Forecasting to Secure High-Value Orders: Support sales forecasting by obtaining high-quality, valuable industry insight information based on market conditions.

Lead customer factory audits to ensure timely customer onboarding and annual reviews. Organize relevant department reviews to ensure high-quality signing of sales contracts covering product quality, delivery, and service. II.

Ensure Timely Delivery of High-Quality, Low-Cost Products: Organize relevant departments to develop sample production strategies and delivery plans that meet customer requirements, ensuring timely and successful sample submission. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure accurate transmission, internalization, and effective implementation of deliverable product quality standards that meet customer needs. Engage proactively with key customers to minimize their end-use costs.

Lead company change initiatives and improvement projects at customer sites, taking responsibility for the outcomes of project implementation at the customer end. III. Prevent and Effectively Resolve Quality Issues in a Timely Manner: Quickly identify and understand customer needs, transmit the Voice of the Customer (VOC) to the company without loss or pressure, organize relevant resources to provide rapid and effective solutions and services to customers, and lead the rapid resolution of customer complaints related to delivery and service processes at the customer end.

Additional Requirements: Minimum 3 years of work experience in the industry (batteries + modules). must be able to use English as a working language and communicate fluently with customers in English. Chinese communication skills are a plus. Proficient in office software, quality tools, and problem-solving techniques, with basic operational skills.
