Customer Growth & Retention Executive

£26,800 per annum plus performance-based incentives

Reporting to the Onshore Solutions Design & Delivery Manager within the Customer Experience Team, this role will support the Recycle vertical. You will be supporting various campaigns to grow our business along side managing customer dissatisfaction and looking at ways to retain our customers .

About you

• Organised individual that works in a structured manner with good listening and communication skills.
• Self motivated self starter and results driven with an ability to achieve targets set on production, quality along with sales conversion & retention success
• Proven B2B telesales and retention skills with excellent conversion rates  in a fast-paced organisation
• Good understanding of excel, word, PowerPoint and working via Teams channels.
• The ability to engage with customers and build rapport to promote our new and existing services
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with potential customers and a wide range of internal stakeholders
