Customer-Focused Reliability Engineer

Become a key contributor as a Customer-Focused Reliability Engineer. Coordinate product evaluations, troubleshoot issues, and partner with clients to improve engineering reliability and performance. This role centers on customer interactions, making data-driven recommendations for improving product reliability and performance.

You will oversee the installation and commissioning of mechanical seals, manage necessary inventory, and contribute to customer training initiatives. Engaging with clients to address their needs and concerns promptly is essential to maintaining high satisfaction levels.
