Overview

In this role you support customer feedback and engagement initiatives within a fast-paced property development team. You coordinate surveys, maintain performance data and generate reports to inform business decisions. You work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to improve the customer experience.

This position offers broad administrative exposure with a focus on data quality and process improvement, contributing to a customer-centric culture.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the administration and delivery of customer feedback and survey programmes within timescales
  • Manage collection, processing and maintenance of customer feedback data
  • Monitor survey activity, response rates and satisfaction results, flagging issues
  • Conduct customer telephone outreach to support feedback initiatives
  • Produce regular reports and performance updates for insights and decision-making
  • Assist in analysis of feedback to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Coordinate recognition initiatives linked to customer satisfaction
  • Administer customer and employee reward/incentive schemes
  • Maintain accurate records in line with policies and data protection requirements
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders and support continuous improvement of CX processes
  • Provide general administrative support to the CX team as required

Key requirements
  • Previous experience in administration, customer service, customer experience or coordination
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and high data accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident, professional and engaging telephone manner
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
