Customer Engagement Specialist – Retirement Solutions (Remote)

Key Group in Preston is looking for CET Agents focused on engaging customers through inbound and outbound calls. This role involves discussing available services and booking appointments for Advisers while ensuring compliance and quality metrics are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer engagement, preferably in a financial services environment, and a proven track record of achieving targets.
