We are looking for a CSR Manager to lead corporate social responsibility initiatives, manage social impact programs, and drive meaningful engagement through Scry AI’s CSR efforts, including VoCP. This role is critical in aligning business values with measurable social impact. Role Overview As a CSR Manager at Scry AI, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and managing CSR programs that create sustainable social impact.

You will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to drive initiatives, particularly through VoCP, ensuring they are impactful, scalable, and aligned with organizational values. This role is ideal for someone who is purpose-driven, strategic, and experienced in managing CSR or social impact initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities CSR Strategy & Program Management Design and implement CSR strategies aligned with organizational goals Lead end-to-end execution of CSR initiatives and social impact programs Identify opportunities to expand CSR efforts and partnerships VoCP Initiative Management Drive programs and initiatives under VoCP (Voice of Cancer Patients) Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders, NGOs, and communities Support awareness campaigns, outreach programs, and patient engagement efforts Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement Build and manage relationships with non-profits, institutions, and partners Coordinate with internal teams to align CSR activities with business initiatives Represent the organization in CSR-related forums and events Impact Measurement & Reporting Track and measure the impact of CSR initiatives Prepare reports, documentation, and insights for leadership Ensure transparency, compliance, and alignment with CSR standards Communication & Awareness Support content creation for CSR campaigns and initiatives Promote CSR efforts across digital platforms and communication channels Drive employee engagement in social impact activities Required Qualifications and Skills Experience in CSR, social impact, or non-profit program management Strong understanding of CSR frameworks, compliance, and reporting Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple programs and partnerships Analytical mindset with focus on impact measurement Passion for social impact and community engagement Our Ideal Candidate Is purpose-driven and impact-oriented Can design and execute meaningful CSR initiatives Is proactive in building partnerships and driving engagement Communicates effectively with diverse stakeholders Thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment Is passionate about healthcare, social impact, and community development If this role interests you, follow our page to stay updated on more job opportunities and insights into how AI companies drive meaningful social impact alongside business growth.
