Job Description

Role Purpose In this role, you will manage and grow relationships with strategically important clients, focusing on renewal negotiations and long-term relationship management. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining a client health status, executing account strategies, and leading renewal discussions to drive successful outcomes. You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver value across all JoinedUp by Beeline products and services, ensuring clients' needs are met while identifying opportunities for growth and contract renewals.

Lead contract renewals and negotiate terms to meet growth and revenue targets. Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive long-term value and expansion. Communicate account status and opportunities to leadership.

Achieve defined revenue and strategic targets for assigned accounts. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience ~ Proven Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships ~ Proven Relationship Management skills both with clients and internal teams ~1 year of account/project or program management experience (Min) ~ Experience with change management Contingent Workforce Management experience Technical competence (understand software, hardware, networks, etc) Passion for process and organizational change management This role is fully remote, but onsite client visits may be required.
