Responsibilities Execute development tasks and user stories within Salesforce CRM Analytics Build, enhance, and troubleshoot CRMA dashboards, datasets, and queries Analyze data issues and identify why processes, dashboards, or data flows are breaking Investigate upstream/downstream data sources and field mappings Partner with onshore architects (architecture led by Anith) to implement solutions Provide hands‑on development support with some analytical problem‑solving Work independently on “here’s the task, go execute” style assignments Overlap with US team daily for collaboration and handoff Skills and Requirements 5+ years of overall Salesforce development experience 2–3+ years of Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA / Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics) experience Strong hands‑on development background (not purely functional) Experience writing queries and performing data analysis within Salesforce Proven ability to troubleshoot issues end‑to‑end (root cause analysis, not ticket handoffs) Experience working in an offshore / follow‑the‑sun delivery model Ability to execute independently on assigned user stories and tasks Strong understanding of how data is sourced, transformed, and surfaced in CRMA 7+ years of total Salesforce ecosystem experience Prior experience supporting enterprise‑scale Salesforce implementations Exposure to architectural discussions or solution design support Experience working with US‑based stakeholders and distributed teams Real estate or enterprise analytics domain exposure #J-18808-Ljbffr
