Why This Role Matters: The CRM & Logistics Manager drives exceptional customer experience by ensuring seamless order fulfillment and efficient logistics operations. The role is responsible for optimizing logistics costs, improving delivery performance, and strengthening coordination across Sales, Production, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams.

Leveraging SAP, CRM systems, data analytics, and process improvements , the role enhances operational efficiency, builds a high-performing team, and contributes directly to business growth, profitability, and long-term customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Logistics operations to ensure seamless order fulfilment and superior customer experience. Manage customer orders, order tracking, complaint resolution, and after-sales support while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

Oversee transportation planning, dispatch, distribution, and on-time deliveries across all locations. Drive logistics cost optimization through freight analysis, transporter negotiations, route optimization, and vendor performance management. Manage and evaluate transporter/vendor performance through periodic reviews and service-level monitoring.

Analyze logistics issues such as delivery delays, transit damages, shortages, and claims, and implement corrective and preventive actions. Ensure effective coordination with Sales, Production, Warehouse, Planning, Finance, and Quality teams for smooth order execution. Generate and analyze CRM, logistics, and MIS reports to monitor KPIs, identify trends, and support business decisions.

Ensure effective utilization of SAP and CRM systems for order processing, inventory visibility, dispatch planning, customer data management, and reporting. Lead digitalization and process improvement initiatives, including barcode tracking, online docket management, digital Proof of Delivery (POD), and workflow automation. Develop, implement, and standardize CRM and logistics SOPs, policies, and best practices.

Lead, mentor, train, and develop the CRM and Logistics teams to enhance operational efficiency and service quality. Conduct regular performance reviews, team meetings, and capability-building programs for CRM and Logistics personnel. Monitor key performance indicators (On-Time Delivery, Logistics Cost, Customer Complaints, Service Levels, etc.) and ensure achievement of business targets.

Ensure statutory compliance, documentation accuracy, and adherence to company policies in logistics and customer service operations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and supply chain efficiency. Ideal Candidate 7-15 years of experience in CRM, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Customer Service, preferably in a manufacturing/B2B environment.

Strong working knowledge of SAP, CRM systems, MIS reporting, and Microsoft Excel. Proven experience in transportation management, vendor management, order fulfillment, and customer complaint resolution. Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and develop CRM & Logistics teams while driving cross-functional collaboration.

Analytical, customer-centric, and process-driven professional with strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
