CRM Executive – Gemstone & Jewellery Industry

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate customer and order data in CRM.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Coordinate with Sales, PPC, Production and Accounts teams for customer requirements.
• Track customer orders, delivery commitments and follow-ups.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues effectively.
• Maintain regular follow-up records and CRM reports.
• Support customer retention and repeat business activities.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in CRM/Customer Relationship Management.
• Experience in Gemstone / Jewellery industry will be preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
• Knowledge of CRM software such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce or similar.
• Good coordination and problem-solving ability.
• Graduate in any stream.

Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month

Location: Sitapura Industrial Area, Jaipur
