Crisis Clinician - Mental Health Nurse

You will be provided with regular supervision, appraisal and support. The work involves shifts across 24 hours (including nights) and a variety of shift patterns and working arrangements are available including long days and long nights we welcome flexible working requests.

Applications are welcomed from both experienced RMNs and Preceptorship RMNS who wish to develop their skills in crisis assessment, intervention and home treatment. Accessibility, responsiveness and excellence in customer service with the highest regard for service experience will be at the heart of the service and Crisis Clinicians will use their skills and personal qualities to make this a reality. Connectedness to lived experience will be key, and the service will employ Peer Workers with lived experience to support team culture and service delivery that promotes recovery and independence.
