Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Credit Operations, Credit Processing, Loan Administration, Lending Operations, or a similar credit-related function within the banking sector
- Fluency in English
- Good notions of Economics
- Knowledge of financial products and financial markets is a plus
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, namely Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and risk assessment skills
- Attention to detail and procedural rigor
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
