Creative Operations & Outreach Executive

Salary: ₹15,000/month (In-hand)

Location: Kolkata (Jatin Das Park) | Full-Time | Work From Office

BigStar Ecom is hiring a Customer Support Executive. This is not a sales or survey job, and there are no targets.

Responsibilities:

• Call customers to verify orders & addresses

• Confirm customer details & delivery availability

• Follow up on unanswered/unverified orders

• Update order status accurately

• Handle basic customer queries when required

Requirements:

• Hindi & English mandatory

• Excellent communication & listening skills

• Comfortable making multiple outbound calls daily

• Basic computer knowledge

• Freshers can apply

10 AM – 6:30 PM | Monday – Saturday

2 Months Probation – ₹15,000 salary
