This role exists to fuel that engine, delivering the volume, quality, and consistency of content required to dominate Meta, TikTok, YouTube, TV, and beyond. As Creative Manager, you are the architect of our content ecosystem. This is a hands-on leadership role where execution meets operations.
You will lead the development of high-performing marketing assets while simultaneously building the workflows, systems, and team structure required to scale our output and elevate performance. We’re looking for a leader who sits at the intersection of brand and data. You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, performance, and product teams to ensure every piece of content we produce is strategically aligned with our business objectives and designed to drive measurable results.
Roles & Responsibilities: Creative Production & Direction Lead the creation of video, image, and website creative to support brand efforts, paid media campaigns, and growth targets. Remain hands-on in production, regularly shooting, editing, and developing assets while elevating overall quality and consistency. Ensure creative aligns with platform best practices across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, and Television.
Performance & Optimization Use performance data (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, engagement) and full-funnel creative thinking to guide strategy and prioritization. Continuously refine creative direction based on testing, results, and platform trends to improve campaign performance. Creative Systems & Scaling Build and manage creative production workflows, pipelines, and processes to support increasing content volume.
Define creative velocity requirements based on media spend and growth targets. Identify and scale repeatable creative formats, messaging, and concepts. Team Leadership & Collaboration Manage and mentor creative team members, providing direction, feedback, and development.
Partner with marketing and performance teams to coordinate internal and external resources and align output with campaign needs. Creative Operations & Budget Ownership Oversee creative resourcing, timelines, and budgets to ensure efficient production. Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to increase creative velocity and efficiency.
Manage external partners and vendors as needed to support production and scale. Qualifications/Experience: 5-8+ years in e-commerce or DTC creative roles with a proven track record of producing and scaling high-performing marketing creative. Strong video production, editing, and creative direction skills, balancing hands-on execution with leadership and mentoring responsibilities.
Deep understanding of performance marketing and advertising across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, and Television. Experience building creative systems, workflows, and production pipelines while leveraging AI tools to scale output. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
