Creative Designer

The Creative Designer will be responsible for creating and adapting designs as per job requirements. His/her role will not be limited to executing instructions but also to adding creative value to each assigned project when required. • Work closely with the Art Director/Visualizer to develop high-quality, consistent designs and layouts. • Follow established design guidelines and provide creative solutions when handling complex projects. • Conduct thorough pre-press checks to ensure all print files are error-free. • Work on images to ensure appropriate color profiling and suitability for print. • Accurately log time and materials in the studio MIS. • Adhere to studio workflow processes and best practices in all day-to-day activities. • Maintain strict compliance with brand guidelines and project timelines. • Proactively manage own workflow to consistently meet or exceed target eNiciency and chargeability goals. OTHER COMPETENCIES • Proven experience in creating layouts and graphic designs using Adobe CC. • Strong sense of typography, color, and visual balance. • Good knowledge of pre-press, print, and premedia processes. • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring all work is delivered with a high level of accuracy. • Basic understanding of marketing and advertising concepts.
