Creative Designer

Job description What You'll Work On • Social media creatives - posts, stories, ad creatives, reel covers • Packaging - front/back of packs, tlavour variants, gift boxes, stickers • Website & e-com - banners, product images, thumbnails, campaign creatives • Offline collaterals - standees, flyers, posters, trade show assets • Maintaining and evolving company visual identity across touchpoints What You'll Need • 1-3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer • Strong portfolio with social media, branding or packaging work • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop (InDesign/Figma/Canva a plus) • Solid grip on color, typography, layout, hierarchy • A playful, youth-focused design style and comfort in a fast-moving startup Nice to Have • Experience with F&B / D2C / lifestyle brands • Basic motion graphics / video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.) Why You'll Love It Here • High ownership on a growing consumer brand • Direct collaboration with founders & core team • Lots of room to experiment
