Key responsibilities include: Leading business development and sales efforts for the region Building relationships with consulting firms, system integrators, startups, and enterprises Managing the end-to-end sales cycle , from lead generation through closure and onboarding Collaborating with the founding team on region-specific GTM strategy and positioning Representing the company in client and partner engagements This is a high-ownership role with direct responsibility for revenue and market expansion . Candidate Profile We are open to candidates with 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, consulting, or related roles, as well as high-potential interns who demonstrate strong communication skills and ownership.
The ideal candidate will have: Strong spoken and written English , with the ability to engage international clients Comfort working across time zones and global markets A self-driven, accountable, and execution-focused approach Interest in building and scaling a business function from an early stage Prior exposure to technology hiring, SaaS, recruitment, or IT services would be advantageous.
