POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a dynamic Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be managing and executing Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) support to aerospace and defense clients through the efficient and effective delivery of education, training, evaluations, and assessments of Department of War (DoW) organizations, units, and strategic sites across the globe. Job Duties Analyze CWMD training requirements and adapt course materials to meet client needs and align with Instructional Designer guidance.
Facilitate CWMD training sessions and ensure that key concepts are clearly understood and applied. Assess and evaluate warfighter performance during training exercises to identify strengths, gaps and readiness. Develop and prepare after-action reports highlighting key findings, lessons learned and recommendations for improvement.
Leverage training data and global CWMD trends to identify gaps and enhance program effectiveness as well as supporting continuous improvement of CWMD program. Provide analytic support and briefings to senior leadership on CWMD-related developments and capability assessments. Support on-site evaluations of CWMD capabilities across DoW installations worldwide.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in CWMD, Emergency Management, CBRN defense, Homeland Security or National Security Ten (10) years instructing CWMD/CBRN education and training courses to one or more service components in the U.S. Armed Forces required Previous experience serving as a CWMD, Emergency Management, Bioenvironmental Engineer, or CBRN (Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear) Defense specialist a must. Certified CBRN Specialist from the U.S.
Army Chemical School at Fort Leonard Wood, MO Secret Security Clearance Required. Must be flexible and available for extensive travel (50-75%) Ability to stand for 4-6 hours per day. Desired Experience / Training Previous experience as a USAF Civil Engineer Silver Flag instructor.
Previous experience as USAF CBRN Validation Exercise (VALEX) instructor. TOP SECRET clearance a plus. Department of War (DoW) Common Access Card (CAC) holder that does not expire for at least one year from date of employment.
