Noww Club is an AI-native employee wellbeing membership that works at the identity layer helping organisations measure and improve employee alignment through proprietary metrics: the Alignment Index and Coherence Score. We're growing our corporate programme across India and are looking for someone who can open doors and close them. The Role You will own the end-to-end corporate sales motion in India : identifying the right organisations, building relationships with HR leaders and CHROs, presenting the Noww pilot programme and converting them to paying clients.
You'll work directly with the founding team and have full autonomy over your pipeline. What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in corporate wellness sales or programme delivery, working with mid-to-large organisations An existing network of HR leaders, CHROs or L&D heads in India Strong understanding of what corporates actually need from a wellbeing programme not just what they say they want Self-driven, comfortable with a commission-only structure and motivated by building something from the ground up Experience working with global wellness brands or platforms is a strong plus Compensation This is a commission-based role. You earn on every corporate programme you bring in.
