THE ROLE

In the Tax and Incentives practice which advises UK and international clients in relation to the taxation of business and investment activities.

\n

The practice advises on corporate, finance, real estate and investment fund taxation issues, as well as employee incentives, transfer pricing, VAT and tax disputes.

\n

THE CANDIDATE

\n

A Corporate Tax lawyer 2-6pqe who has experience gained within a top tier firm.

\n

This will be combined with a strong academic background and with excellent written communication and drafting skills. Employee incentive experience is beneficial.

\n

The successful candidate will also have outstanding technical skills, together with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues and work well in a team.

\n
