Intent of the process This process is to fill 1 permanent, indeterminate position located in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

The role requires full‑time, on‑site presence. Operational Requirements Willing and able to work occasional overtime. Willing and able to wear personal protective equipment associated with a construction and maintenance environment.

Willing and able to hold a valid Class 5 Driver’s License. Willing and able to work on‑site full‑time. Essential Qualifications Education A secondary school diploma or an employer‑approved alternative (public service commission test score or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience).

Experience Experience in managing, coordinating, or delivering physical, personnel, or communications security programs and services. Experience providing advice, guidance and recommendations to clients, employees or management related to security. Experience analyzing, interpreting and applying policies or procedures related to security.

Experience supervising staff. Asset Qualifications (may be assessed later) Experience administering communication security operations. Experience working in a high‑security or classified environment requiring adherence to formal security protocols.
