Position: Corporate/M&A Lawyer (Spain)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $140–$150/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: ~10 hours

Role Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated responses to Spanish law questions using two AI (LLM) platforms.
• Compare outputs from both platforms and score them against a standardized rubric.
• Provide concise written feedback for each evaluation to enhance AI model performance.
• Collaborate asynchronously and independently to meet deadlines and improve evaluation processes.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Primarily law-firm experience — at least 2 years (3+ preferred) in corporate/M&A or transactional practice.
• Qualified to practise in Spain, with a strong command of Spanish corporate and commercial law.
• Native or fluent Spanish, with precise written communication.
• Able to work independently to a rubric and to deadlines.
