Job Description
Job Role: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - Corporate Affairs Location: HO, Ahmedabad Role Purpose- To support the Head of Corporate Affairs in day-to-day business operations, stakeholder coordination, strategic follow-ups, administrative support, and smooth execution of corporate affairs initiatives across internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities- 1. Executive & Business Support: Assist Head of Corporate Affairs in managing daily priorities, schedules, meetings, and business commitments.
Prepare agendas, briefing notes, presentations, dashboards, and meeting minutes. Track action items and ensure timely follow-up and closure across functions. Support preparation of reports, business updates, and management communications. 2.
Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with internal departments for seamless execution of corporate affairs initiatives. Maintain professional engagement with government authorities, industry bodies, consultants, and external stakeholders as required. Facilitate communication and information flow between leadership and stakeholders. 3.
Project & Initiative Management: Support execution and monitoring of strategic projects led by Corporate Affairs. Track milestones, timelines, and deliverables. Assist in organizing events, meetings, visits, and leadership engagements. 4.
Documentation & Governance: Maintain records, correspondence, trackers, approvals, and confidential documentation. Ensure proper documentation and timely circulation of business updates. Support compliance-related coordination and internal governance processes. 5.
Research & Analysis: Conduct background research, prepare summaries, and compile market, policy, and industry insights. Support preparation of business cases and presentations. 6. Administrative & Coordination Support: Manage travel planning, calendar coordination, meeting logistics, and visitor arrangements for the Head of Corporate Affairs.
Handle ad-hoc assignments and priority projects as required. Educational Qualification: Postgraduate in Management / MBA in Public Policy / Corporate Communication, Business Administration or related is preferred. Work Experience: 3-4 years of experience in Corporate Affairs, Executive Office, Government Relations, Business Coordination, or Strategy support roles.
Preferred Experience: Experience working with senior leadership / CXO office Exposure to government liaison, industry associations, or corporate communications. Project management and cross-functional coordination experience. Skills & Competencies: Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication (English and Gujarati drafting is must). High ownership and execution orientation. Strong presentation and documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities. Attention to detail and structured follow-up.
