The Opportunity

A leading insurance brokerage is seeking an experiencedCorporate Account Manager to join its established Belfast team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious insurance professional with strong corporate or commercial account-handling experience to work across a varied portfolio of clients and complex insurance programmes.

The successful candidate will work closely with Account Executives, insurer partners and clients to deliver a high-quality, responsive service.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Account Executives with the delivery and servicing of client insurance programmes
• Place a wide range of cross-class commercial risks within the insurance market
• Provide clear, accurate and timely advice to clients regarding their insurance requirements
• Liaise with insurer partners to secure suitable coverage
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers and key stakeholders
• Manage mid-term adjustments and day-to-day client queries
• Ensure client documentation is completed accurately and efficiently
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
• Ensure all activities comply with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
• Maintain strict client confidentiality
• Deliver consistently high standards of client service

Essential Criteria

• Significant experience withincorporate or commercial insurance account handling
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and technical insurance principles
• Experience managing a varied portfolio of commercial clients
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
• Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• Confident working with clients, insurers and senior stakeholders
