Copy Communications Intern
This role acts as the operational backbone of the Brand Copy & Product Communications team, supporting in coordinating projects across Product, Brand, Digital, Design, and Content teams while continuously improving workflows, operational processes, and team efficiency through better systems and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support in the maintenance of core product information databases, partnering with Product teams to ensure information is accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Support in the end-to-end Product Detail Page (PDP) process, ensuring all product information is uploaded accurately, consistently, and on time.
- Support in the product communication processes, including packaging and product storytelling initiatives.
- Document and continuously improve copy and product communication workflows.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and propose practical process improvements.
- Support the implementation of AI tools for translation, copy iteration, and workflow automation.
- Support the day-to-day operational planning of the Copy & Product Communications team, ensuring visibility, organisation, and smooth execution.
- Support the Brand Copy & Product Communications Manager in operational planning and prioritisation.
- Ensure project requests are clearly defined before execution.
- Monitor copy performance data with Digital and Retail teams to support continuous optimisation across channels.
- Monitor the copy budget, process invoices, track invoice status, and maintain accurate expenditure records.
Competencies & Profile
-Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar.
-Analytical and Organizational skills.
-Process-oriented with a strong focus on execution, organisation, and continuous improvement.
-Excellent English and Spanish communication skills with an understanding of tone of voice, product communication, and brand consistency.
