Job DescriptionLocation: 1232 Main Street, Smithers, BC V0J 2N0 – On-site only. Salary:

$21.20 to $22.00 per hour; 30‑40 hrs/week. Employment:

Permanent, full‑time. Shift: Evening, shift, flexible, morning, day, weekend.

4. Responsibilities Prepare and assemble sushi rolls and menu items according to established recipes.

Prepare ingredients, including cutting vegetables and portioning fish and proteins. Cook hot menu items such as tempura, rice dishes, and noodles. Prepare sushi rice and assist with sauces and garnishes.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and food preparation areas. Ensure consistent food quality and presentation. Follow food safety procedures when handling raw and cooked foods.

Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating food products. Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas. Qualifications & ExperienceEducation:

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of sushi preparation techniques.

Physical & Personal Requirements Attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Physically demanding; standing for extended periods. Dependability and reliability.
