We're looking for an enthusiastic catering professional, who takes pride in creating and serving high-quality food. You'll play a key role in preparing, cooking and presenting delicious meals, while helping to keep the kitchen running smoothly and efficiently every day.

What the role involves ...

You will play an important role in the smooth and efficient running of the kitchen, preparing, cooking and presenting high-quality food to consistently excellent standards.

You will help maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and quality by completing daily checks and keeping HACCP records up to date.

The role will also involve managing stock levels and ordering supplies, handling payments and receipts accurately, and ensuring kitchen and storage areas remain clean, safe and secure.

You will work in line with all relevant health and safety, fire, hygiene and security requirements, while contributing to a positive, supportive and respectful working environment.

What we need from you ...

We're looking for a positive and enthusiastic team player who enjoys working in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering a high-quality service. You'll have Food Hygiene Level 2 qualification, experience in a similar catering role, with a good understanding of HACCP procedures and documentation. You'll be flexible, adaptable and dependable, with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Relevant experience within a similar catering environment would be an advantage.
