Controls Team Leader

We’re on a mission to democratize robotics by making physical AI real. At T-ROBOTICS, we build intelligent agents that interact with users through natural language and take control of robotic stations to meet their needs.

We are looking for a hands-on UX leader to establish and grow the UX function at T-Robotics. Starting as an individual contributor, you will focus on deeply understanding our customers and securing usability as the foundation of our product experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead qualitative and quantitative research to deeply understand customer needs through continuous feedback loops.
• Translate findings into actionable insights that guide product strategy and design.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ensure insights directly inform priorities and solutions.
• Establish UX principles, standards, and governance that ensure consistency and usability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience (5+ years) in UX research and design, ideally within complex B2B or industrial software products.
• Strong track record of leading user research and translating insights into product direction.
• Solid understanding of usability principles and user-centered design methods.
• Experience defining UX principles, processes, and design systems.
