Job Description Job Description Controls Engineering Supervisor Location: Lancaster, OH Full-Time | Onsite Salary: $130,000 - $140,000 Role Overview A manufacturing company in Lancaster, OH is seeking a Controls Engineering Supervisor to lead automation and industrial control system initiatives within a production environment. This role oversees a team of controls engineers while supporting the design, implementation, troubleshooting, and optimization of manufacturing automation systems. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of controls engineers Manage automation project timelines, budgets, and resources Oversee design, installation, and commissioning of industrial control systems Support integration of PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and automation technologies Troubleshoot and resolve complex control system issues Drive continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing operations Collaborate with production, maintenance, and safety teams Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements Requirements Degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or related field required Minimum 5 years of controls engineering experience required Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience required Strong PLC programming experience with Allen-Bradley and Siemens systems Experience working with SCADA and HMI systems Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Ability to work onsite within a manufacturing environment Nice-to-Haves Industrial automation or manufacturing systems experience Experience leading large-scale automation projects Knowledge of process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills Compensation $130,000 - $140,000 annual salary Full-time onsite opportunity Manufacturing and automation-focused environment Leadership growth opportunities Work Arrangement Full-time Onsite only Lancaster, OH
