The Contracts Manager will report to the Operations Director and be an integral part of a growing, forward-thinking division.

About you

  • Minimum 5 years' experience managing contracts at a senior level within property maintenance or social housing
  • Strong knowledge of contract management, client relationships, and operational delivery
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Demonstrable experience managing budgets exceeding £500,000
  • Relevant qualifications such as SMSTS, IOSH Managing Safely, or NEBOSH (desirable)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

What you'll do

  • Lead the day-to-day delivery of the responsive repairs contract, ensuring contractual KPI targets are met
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Oversee operational resources, ensuring effective scheduling and quality service delivery
  • Prepare and present monthly reports, attend review meetings, and support business improvement initiatives
  • Manage contract variations, claims, and procurement, supporting the Commercial Manager as needed
  • Uphold health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with legislation and best practice
