Job Description Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards. Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to manage contract terms and deliverables. Monitor and track project timelines, budgets, and contract performance metrics.
Ensure adherence to industry regulations and legal requirements in all contracts. Identify and mitigate potential risks related to contractual agreements. Maintain accurate and organized records of all contracts and related documentation.
Provide guidance and support to project teams on contract-related matters. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve disputes and ensure successful project completion. The Successful Applicant A successful Contracts Manager should have: Strong understanding of contract law and industry regulations in the property and construction sectors. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines effectively. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
