Our client a successful and growing business is currently looking to recruit for a *Contract Manager *to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking projects from design stage through to construction handover.

*The Role:*

* Manage across multiple commercial, domestic and residential contracts * Review project status and resolve issues efficiently and effectively * Be in constant liaison between design, contractors and delivery team * Work closely with procurement team ensuring products required for projects are on site in line with project requirement * Presenting project status reports on projects * Mentor and guide junior members in the team

*Essential Criteria*

* A minimum of 3(+) years experience in a M&E contracts management position * An understanding of mechanical projects in residential and commercial construction * Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and specifications * Excellent communication skills * Ability to manage and prioritise workload * Travel across ROI to different projects
