Job Overview

We are seeking a organised Contracts Manager. This is a field-based role, involving regular travel to construction and project sites to oversee contracts, manage teams, monitor progress, and ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Duties

• Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize a wide range of contracts including procurement agreements, service contracts, and partnership arrangements.
• Ensure all contracts comply with legal standards, company policies, and industry regulations.
• Collaborate closely with legal teams to address contractual risks and resolve disputes effectively.
• Maintain meticulous records of all contractual documents and monitor key deadlines such as renewals or performance milestones.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure mutual understanding of contractual obligations and deliverables.
• Regularly visit sites to monitor progress and ensure works are being carried out correctly

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, commercially aware, organised, and confident managing projects in the field. You should be comfortable spending time on construction sites, solving problems quickly, and ensuring teams have everything they need to deliver successful projects.
