Job Description
Job Description As a Contracts Engineer you would work directly for the Operations Director – Datum and have exposure across projects, operations, and commercial management. You would be hands‑on with live work and projects from end to end, gaining a clear understanding of daily business operations while contributing to longer‑term strategic growth initiatives. The role involves working closely with operations teams to deliver projects, particularly through the execution phase, while developing capability within our monitoring scopes, including both hardware and software elements.
We provide structured support for your development through a program of internal and external training, covering commercial and financial management, HR, and leadership and management skills. Qualifications Experience in an Infrastructure, civil, and/or construction‑based role is essential. A mix of site and project experience and capability is preferable.
Understanding of project commercials is necessary with a desire to build capability and knowledge in this area. Benefits Your expertise deserves recognition.
