Contracts Analyst

5+ years of contract/subcontract administration experience (preferably in the construction industry). Significant experience negotiating and administering subcontracts with terms and conditions commonly found in the construction industry. Experience developing and writing a variety of contract types, including fixed price and reimbursable contracts. Ability to learn and use efficiently various software tools, including Microsoft Suite, G Suite, Bluebeam, and others. Day to Day Follow and apply procurement policies and processes, including more complex ones, while ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations. Review and analyze subcontracts using different criteria and business considerations to reach practical, fair solutions. Review vendor or supplier contract redlines, negotiate standard changes, and escalate issues to Purchasing leadership or Legal when needed. Identify contract-related risks and make recommendations based on the type and terms of each subcontract. Act as a subject matter expert for subcontracts, serving as a main point of contact between subcontractors, internal teams, Purchasing, and Legal.
