A 9-month contract Business Analyst position in North Vancouver is available to enhance HRIS capabilities with an industry leader. Become part of a passionate team driving transformation. This role focuses on collaborating with the People Systems team as they modernize Workday functionalities.
As an HRIS Business Analyst, you will conduct workshops, assess processes, and document current and future workflows. Your efforts will significantly impact their operational efficiency and effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: • Partner with People & Culture to gather business requirements • Document and assess current processes for improvements • Lead workshops to identify future-state workflows • Conduct gap analysis to support system enhancements • Facilitate process mapping for smoother operations Requirements: • At least 2 years of relevant Business Analyst experience • Familiarity with HR, People & Culture, or HRIS • Strong skills in facilitation and requirements gathering • Understanding of Workday or similar HR systems • Capability to document workflows and processes accurately Utilize your analytical skills to play a key role in transforming the HRIS landscape. #J-18808-Ljbffr
